My Services
Individual Therapy for Children
“Everyone keeps telling me to ‘Calm down!’...that’s the problem, I don’t know how.” ~ A.(age 6)
I help anxious kids find their BRAVE, manage BIG FEELINGS, and make and keep FRIENDS. Through kid-friendly therapeutic activities, games, and evidenced-based strategies, your child will discover their superpowers and develop effective tools so that they can be their best.
Parenting Skills Coaching
“Every day is a new day to parent with purpose.”
I will guide you through parenting to help you learn and practice the skills of what-to-say and what-to-do (as well as what-not-to-say and not-to-do), so that you can experience more confidence in your parenting and more joy in your family life.
Social Skills Group
“Be a friend to make a friend”
Join us for friendship, feelings, and fun in “Friendship Club!” Boys and girls (K-6th grade) learn and practice the social emotional learning (SEL) skills, such as meetings & greetings, conversation-makers, cooperative play, flexible thinking, problem-solving, self-control, coping skills, and more!

No Surprises Act
It is important that you have an idea of the costs of services. You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. While individual client’s needs and length of treatment are different, the estimate cost based on an intake session and 12 follow up appointments is typically in the range of $3,200-$3800. Clients pay as they go, so you only pay for services received.
