Parenting Skills Coaching - Mary B. Moore - Therapy in Charlotte, NC

Parenting Skills Coaching

“Every day is a new day to parent with purpose.”

I will guide you through parenting to help you learn and practice the skills of what-to-say and what-to-do (as well as what-not-to-say and not-to-do), so that you can experience more confidence in your parenting and more joy in your family life.

Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Skills Training

“Be a friend to make a friend”

I provide fun, individualized SEL skills training to help kids build confidence, self-awareness and stronger relationships. Tailored to each child’s unique strengths and needs, kids learn and practice the “words and the way” to making and keeping friends and getting along well with others. Skills may include friendly greetings, joining in, conversation-makers, flexible thinking, problem-solving, finding win-win solutions, assertive communication and more!
